Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
I love this, with my attempt to make it healthier. I used 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce, one of the cups of flour was whole wheat and I used only one cup of sugar. I did add a few extra chocolate chips and a couple Tbls. of cocoa. Oh, one tsp. of almond extract really changes the flavor. I put it all into one loaf pan, and watched carefully so I didn't overcook. We all love it - even my little ones.

New Orleans Crumb Cake
I love this recipe! Very quick with impressive results. I always use a springform, and I add another Tbls. of butter to the topping mix. I prefer pecans and if they're chopped small, they're less likely to fall off of the top. One other tip, make one day in advance. Once it's cool, cover it well and place it in the fridge.
