I made this dessert for my bf's birthday and he loved it! So did his friends who had more than one helping. I accidently only bought 8oz of cool whip so I had to cut the recipe in half...next time I make it I'll be sure to have all the ingredients. Also left out the grapes but it still tasted wonderful! I couldn't find crushed pretzel so I had to actually crush a cup and a half myself but boy! was it worth it! I actually did everything with a spoon since I just moved into a new apartment and didn't have the correct utensils to whip the cream cheese or crush the pretzels. The cream cheese center was rich but with the gelatin topping and the pretzel crust, the flavor all came together! My boyfriend tried it and absolutely LOVED IT!! I am actually really excited to share this recipe and have all my friends and family try it!
