Surprise Banana Cake
My kids loved this cake! The cake turned out very moist and was delicious with a cream cheese frosting. Because of allergies, I omitted the nuts, but it would be wonderful with them. This was a keeper for our family!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was excellent. There was way too much sauce -- probably enough for 8 chicken breasts (I used the left over sauce to make 4 more chicken breasts several days later). I added a 16 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables at the same time I added the biscuits. I used 1 can of the Grands biscuits and while it was a lot, my kids loved the "bread." My family of 6 gave it an overwhelming "thumbs up", something that doesn't happen very often!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup was fabulous! Next time I'll definitely double the recipe as we had very little left-over. I omitted the salt and cut the pepper to 1/2 t. which was plenty.
