Spinach Brownies
I'm giving this 5 stars with the mods I did, I didn't try the original recipe *blush*. I added shredded carrots, peppers, garlic, pepper and 1/2 lb of bacon. I cooked the bacon, drained the fat, added the onion & peppers, then the spinach and lastly the carrots & garlic. Used 1/2 the butter but added one more egg. Excellent!
