Chicken Pot Pie IX
For a less fattening and less carbs, just omit the pie crust completely and just microwave the chicken mixture till hot (definately cook as the recipe call for) You now have a chicken dinner that you can eat by itself or if you dont mind the carbs pour it on top of a baked potato. I never really liked crust so this recipe is sooooo easy.

Best Lemonade Ever
Excellent. I made for a brunch..I substitued some of the water for seltzer water (not club soda-it has a different taste)-substitute how much water for the seltzer whether you use by the can (about 2 cans) or by the bottle (1). It gives it a little fizz. Put in some strawberries if desired. If you dont use the whole thing thats ok the seltzer changes into the water. Great for potlucks or brunch.

Wonton Soup
This recipe is only a starter recipe. Make warwonton soup! Cook the wonton as noted in the recipe but instead of plain chicken broth add little bite size pieces of broccoli, lots of pea pods, any kind of mushroom, little bigger pieces of pork (cooked), a little red pepper, sliced water chestnuts,or any other veggie that you desire. Add these veggies or others about 3-5 mins before you put in the wontons. Cook till crisp/tender then add the wonton. Makes a much better soup!
