If it sticks in the pan some, let it cool a little longer. This recipe is worth it, delicious! As long as fresh blueberries are in season, I'll be making it! Done it with fresh lemon w/zest & bottled lemon w/no zest & it's delicious both ways. We love the crunchy sugar topping, though some might prefer the standard confect. sugar glaze. Yummy!

Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves

This recipe is too bland, leave out the cheddar to save fat calories & add your favorite meat loaf spices. You don't taste the cheese anyway. Following others suggestions, I made the sauce with only 2 tbsp. brown sugar & it was great! Also, 8 loaves? They looked like meatballs! Make it into 4 instead, you can always cut them in half for serving.

Blueberry Lemon Bread

This bread is wonderful just the way it is! I made sure my cup of blueberries was "heaping", but made no other changes. It was served to roars of approvals & recipe requests.

Easiest Applesauce Cake

Glad I read the reviews before I made this, definitely use only 2 loaf pans. I added the suggested raisins & walnuts, & added 1/4 tsp each cloves & ginger, yummy! Easy, nice & moist. Next time I would add a topping, perhaps some a drizzled butter, cinnamon, sugar mix.

Alabama Mud Cake

Wonderful taste but mine just didn't "set" properly. Even for a "mud" cake it stayed too loose. Maybe it was me?

Banana Crumb Muffins

These muffins were wonderful! I found the mix makes 12 muffins - my muffin pan makes large muffins. Muffins are moist & flavorful & the topping makes them extra-wonderful!
