If it sticks in the pan some, let it cool a little longer. This recipe is worth it, delicious! As long as fresh blueberries are in season, I'll be making it! Done it with fresh lemon w/zest & bottled lemon w/no zest & it's delicious both ways. We love the crunchy sugar topping, though some might prefer the standard confect. sugar glaze. Yummy!

This bread is wonderful just the way it is! I made sure my cup of blueberries was "heaping", but made no other changes. It was served to roars of approvals & recipe requests.

Glad I read the reviews before I made this, definitely use only 2 loaf pans. I added the suggested raisins & walnuts, & added 1/4 tsp each cloves & ginger, yummy! Easy, nice & moist. Next time I would add a topping, perhaps some a drizzled butter, cinnamon, sugar mix.
