Early Morning Oven Roasted New Potatoes
Fabulous! They are a favorite here and are perfect with raclette.

Farmer's Strata
This worked as well as I hoped. I added a bunch of asparague and a chopped red bell pepper. Instead of bread and potatoes, I used a bag of hash browns. Next time, I'll add tarragon.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
This was a huge hit. I had only 1/2 cup sour cream so I filled up the cup with whipping cream and baked it in a 9x13. Turned out wonderfully after 45 minutes. One little girl had 7 pieces!
