Eclair Cake
So easy to make, a friend made this for a party and everyone loved it so now I make it, and its easy to make and take. However, instead of the canned icing she made ganache and I prefer it that way. I cup of cream brought almost to a boil, pour it over 1 cup of bittersweet chocolate that has been chopped and allow it to soften for a minute, then whisk.
