Whipped Shortbread Cookies
This was my first time making shortbread cookies. Melt in your mouth is right. My husband and his co-workers loved them. The only thing I did was to add vanilla extract. This is the perfect recipe for shortbread cookies, you need look no further.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake
Definitely the best coffee cake ever! The whole family loves it, and I'm always asked to bring it to family functions. I like lots of topping so I double it.

Snickerdoodles II
I use butter instead of shortening and dip the tops in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. All in all a very good recipe for my favourite cookies.
