Country Breakfast Casserole
This is an excellent breakfast casserole. I used potatos O'Brien instead of the bread and it was soooo good!

Italian Vegetable Soup
I also added 2 extra cups of water and used the cheese tortillini. The only bad thing about that is the next day the tortillini sucks up all the juice.

Easy Meatloaf
I thought this meatloaf was just okay. The Superior meatloaf recipe on the back of the Lipton's soup mix box is better. :)
