My Crab Cakes
I read the reviews, and ignored the bad ones because so many were great. Maybe its because I used canned crab? I even made the recommended modifications by so many reviewers by increasing the crab and decreasing the crackers. My husband and I tasted the first one while the others cooked. They were so bad. Terribly disappointed!!

PHILLY Sugar Shack Maple Walnut Cheesecake
RAVE reviews! I used Ginger Snaps for the crust as suggested in another review since I couldn't find maple cookies. Turned out wonderful. Super simple to make.

Chicken Paprikash I
This is soooo good!! Very easy to make. I do double the onion, paprika, white wine, chicken broth, and sour cream to have more sauce. We serve it over egg noodles.
