Easy & good. I've made it a few times now. I just add frozen chopped spinach to the filling. My kids don't even know it's in there and love it.

Baked Ziti I
Awesome! I fed this to my whole family. The kids all loved it and asked for more. My husband like it overall, but asked me not to put provolone cheese (just more mozzerella cheese) next time. Either make to pans and freeze one or plan on feeding A LOT of people with this meal. Loved it.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Really, really good & easy! I brown the stew meat first and it was so tender. The only think I didn't do was add the celery. I served with warm bread. My husband loved it. It was even better the next day for left overs!
