These were just ok for me. Yes, they were moist. Perhaps I didn't like the peach texture. I did use 2 tsp of baking powder as everyone suggested. It seemed like a lot of butter for my taste; if I make again, I'll use sunflower seed oil.

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

Loved these. NOT a recipe for those wanting a super sweet dessert. They are great for breakfast or afternoon tea. I added 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and used brown sugar instead of white. And barely dabbed them with butter on top when they came out of the oven. Thanks!

Waffles I

These are sincerely yummy. I'm comparing recipes and tried Waffles II last weekend. This one is definitely my favorite out of the 2. A keeper! I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, doubled the vanilla and the sugar.

Strawberries and Cream Cake

I made a smaller brndt cake by cutting 1/3 out of the recipe, and used even less sugar (1 cup). I didn't use the whipped cream filling and went straight to the frosting, where I cut the frosting recipe in half (and used less powdered sugar - 1 cup) in order to cover the bundt cake. Everyone had 2 servings, and a few 3! The original recipe has too much sugar for my personal taste, but I liked the changes I made and would make it again. Thank you!

Split-Second Cookies

Tomato Soup III

There were several ingredients I didn't have on hand: zuchinni, bay leaf. But I made it anyway, used milk for a third of the liquid, served with grilled cheese, and my boyfriend sang its praises every 2 minutes and had 3 bowls. I was also very pleased and will definitely makee it again. Thanks!

Very tasty although I changed it a bit. Used a little milk and margarine in the potato mix along with a little more mayo. Also, I used chopped red onions instead of the green (didn't have them.) Family ate it all!

Earthquake Cake I

I baked this for a friend's birthday, and even the girls sworn to their diets had to try a piece after everyone else said it was delicious! I used about 2 1/2 cups of the sugar for the icing to make it a little thicker.
