Strawberries and Cream Cake
I made a smaller brndt cake by cutting 1/3 out of the recipe, and used even less sugar (1 cup). I didn't use the whipped cream filling and went straight to the frosting, where I cut the frosting recipe in half (and used less powdered sugar - 1 cup) in order to cover the bundt cake. Everyone had 2 servings, and a few 3! The original recipe has too much sugar for my personal taste, but I liked the changes I made and would make it again. Thank you!
