Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Easy and tasty. I'm on the Atkins diet, so I used a little splenda in place of honey and I went light on the cheese. Even with the changes it came out delicious! Took advice of other reviewers and broiled bacon before adding cheese.

Key West Chicken

Wow! So good! Definitely marinate and baste it! Pound the skinless, boneless chicken breasts to an even thickness for grilling. I used roasted garlic paste and lime flavored soy sauce. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Easy to make and tastes good. I can't give it 5 stars because I altered the recipe. I didn't have a packet of salad dressing, so I had to make my own (Italian Dressing mix from this site). I took about 2 tbsp of the salad dressing mix and mixed it with a tbsp of olive oil and white wine vinegar. I used a bag of frozen chicken tenders and it took about 5 hrs to cook (I did the last hour on high). I will make this again since it was pretty easy and still tasted good. I served with green beans and buttered bread.

Pork Chops in Red Sauce

I made just the sauce part last night to put over mash potatoes. I added about a tbsp of Pickapepper sauce and used dry onions instead of real because I didn't have an onion. It was pretty tasty and easy. I like it because it's kind of like a dinner version of french fries and ketchup! I will eventually try the full recipe...can't wait!

Spinach Basil Pesto

First time making pesto. Used basil from my basil plant. Made the recipe as written except I think I may have added a little bit more parm cheese. It came out so rich and flavorful! I used it the same day to make stuffed red peppers...delicious! Next meal I'm going to use the pesto to make the "Penne with Chicken and Pesto" from this site. Enjoy!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Delicious! First time making black bean chili. I did tweak it though. I used Rotel tomatoes and apple cider vinegar because that's what I had on hand. I topped it with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Delicious! I actually didn't make it per the recipe. I didn't use the flour or chicken broth. I added about a 1/4 cup sour cream and a splash of milk to the mayo. I also added shredded colby jack cheese in between layers. No offense again the submitter of the original recipe, I just decided to add my own twist.

Very tasty meal! I added Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning and Italian seasoning. Instead of heavy cream I used sour cream. Will make again for sure!

Black Beans 'N' Rice

AWESOME! This recipe resembled my recipe for red beans and rice, so I thought I'd try it. I used a ham hock instead of lean ham. I added about a cup of chopped celery and a teaspoon of cajun seasoning. Next time, I'm going to kick it up a notch with spicy sausage.

Goulash I

I'm not a big goulash fan, but I was looking for something quick and hearty for dinner (while using what I had in the kitchen). I changed the recipe for 3 servings and played around with the ingredients a little bit, and here's what I came up with...substituted dried onions for fresh, left out corn and beans, added 2 cloves fresh minced garlic & about 1/4 tsp garlic salt(I love garlic!), didn't have tomato soup so I used half can Rotel tomatoes & peppers, half cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp tomato boullion w/chicken flavoring, added one can green beans, about two tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, about 1/4 tsp Hungarian paprika, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp oregano, & 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, salt & pepper to taste. After browning meat and adding ingredients, I simmered covered for 10 minutes. I don't eat noodles, but I'll bet it would taste excellent over the egg noodles suggested in the recipe. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, especially if you are willing to add your own special touch. Hope you try it and enjoy!

Spicy Spaghetti Squash

Wow! This recipe is delicious! I love spaghetti squash and I was looking for something quick and tasty to serve with it. I added more garlic and red pepper flakes as previously suggested. I also added a little lime juice and parmesan cheese on top. My girlfriend ate the leftovers and absolutely loved it! I will definitely make this again, thanks for the recipe!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I make this recipe exactly as is and my family loves it!!! Easy and quick meal for those nights you don't really want to cook, but you still want to eat something tasty. Trust me, this is a recipe worth trying!
