Creamy Black Bean Dip
Wow! So easy & tasty. I reduced the amount of ketchup to 1 tsp since it's not my favorite & it saved add'l calories. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
FANTASTIC! Definitely double the sauce. I pound the chicken flat & roll with ham & swiss BUT forget the toothpicks. Use the metal poultry skewers for whole turkeys or chickens. They're easy to see & slide right out. I'll never use toothpicks again. Thanks for a fabulous recipe.

Horseradish Sauce
This was a hit with our Christmas Prime Rib Roast. I took suggestion of other reviews & doubled the horseradish. I will definitely make this again! Thanks for a great recipe.
