Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

These biscuits are great. They are crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle. The kids were eating them as they were coming out of the oven and I had to shoo them away!

Homemade Tomato Sauce I

This recipe is good. Next time I make it I will use a red pepper/capsicum as I prefer the taste to the green and I will dice the vegetables much smaller...maybe even grate them. I added 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar at the end of the cooking time.

Honey Grilled Chicken

My husband thought the flavour was a little bland but I didn't. I used a good quality non-stick frying pan on medium and the chicken came out really moist. I will make this recipe again as it was so easy and works perfectly with a fresh salad.
