Hummus III
I've been making this recipe for about 3 years now and I love it. It's so easy to make and comes out every time. However, I make mine in a blender and it's always necessary to add about a cup of extra liquid (I use reserved liquid from the chickpeas.) Perhaps this wouldn't be the case if one were using a food processor.
