Corn and Crab Bisque
I had a can of claw crab meat & needed to make a meal with what I had on hand. This was very yummy! Since I needed to use what I had, I substituted white wine for one can of chicken broth, used Old Bay in place of the cayenne & cajon seasonings, and frozen corn kernels. I also cooked some bacon to crumble over the bowls. I have friends stopping by at lunchtime tomorrow & plan to serve the leftovers. Good stuff!
