Mama Corleone's Sausage and Peppers
Love this! It is quick and easy and a hit with the family members who like sausage. A great way to take advantage of late summer market bounty.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
Giving this 4 stars because I haven't tasted it yet, but it smells great, was easy to put together, and adapted well to what I had on hand. A great way to use a half an onion, some potatoes and pantry staples. The true test will be whether or not the kids eat it! After school sports tend to work up a hearty appetite, so this should fit the bill.

Cheeseburger Soup II
Not bad. Used peeled cubed potatoes. Simmmered til tender. Added just a tbl or two of sour cream and more broth than milk. Still quite rich.
