About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom of three incredible boys and a wife to one amazing husband! As a former Navy wife we would move quite a bit so when I would discover new dishes at local restaurants All recipes has been great helping me to cook them at home!
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake cookies, brownies, cakes you name it but....it doesn't work with my waistline so I try to do as little as possible. I do love to grill outside and my family likes pasta and chicken dishes!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
The best!! I read some reviews and lowered my oven to 325 but it didn't bake very well so I put it up to 350 and they came out great! They were crisp and gooey right out of the oven and even after they were stored in a ziplock they were still great.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I made this recipe exactly as it says and it was great! We all loved it but we ended up making it our own one evening we needed to be somewhere and fast. I browned 1lb ground turkey with onion powder in a pan. I doubled the golden mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and the water and put it in the same pan. We let that sit until the noodles were close to being ready then I added 8 oz cream cheese. While I got the plates and every thing else ready the cream cheese melted and it is a quick and easy meal. No need for the crock-pot if you just need a quick meal on an unexpected busy night.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake
I was so excited to bring this to a church function but it turned out so bad I simply couldn’t bring it. I followed the recipe exactly but it didn’t come out of the pan very well and it was under cooked in some parts and over cooked in others. I’m giving it 3 stars simply because my husband still liked it and ate it all!
