Jammin' Tarheel Chili
This chili ROCKS, despite it's unfortunate name LOL! (sorry, I'm a diehard Duke fan). I put it in the slow cooker on low for the day (instead of on the stove), and my family doesn't care for kidney beans so I substitute a can of pinto beans. I tweak a lot of recipes more, but this one only needs those two small changes to make it perfect in my house. I make it probably twice a month in the winter. YUM!

Cola Pork Chops
It was OK, but I probably won't make it again. I floured and browned the chops with onion & garlic powders and pepper after reading the reviews.

Simply Parmesan Chicken
My husband and I LOVED this recipe, and it was so easy. The next time I make it, I'll pound the chicken flat first because we loved the breading so much. Thanks for sharing, this is going in to our regular rotation.
