Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf
Absolutely amazing! I used ground turkey to 'lighten' this up a little. My husband, who usually doesn't like meatloaf, LOVED it!

Tomato Alfredo Sauce with Artichokes
I absolutely love this recipe! Instead of the 2 tomatoes, which I don't always have on hand, I use a can of diced tomatoes. Yummy!
