I'm an avid golfer that really doesn't like to cook...strange huh? I belong to a recipe site and don't really like to cook! Basically I go in streaks and when the mood strikes me, I like to try new recipes. I have found and tried many wonderful recipes on this site and I continuously download, print and save more...for future mood swings!! :) My sister came to visit a few years ago and we made a Thanksgiving feast (all from this site) that was absolutely wonderful. It definitely made it more fun to have someone to cook with. I tried to duplicate it the following year for my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. They didn't appreciate it and complained about most of the ingredients...so I haven't made it since. A week or so ago, I overcooked fish (talipia I think) in the oven. It was a little rubbery and dry but we ate it anyway! I don't know what I was thinking....I may not "like" to cook, but I'm pretty good at it.
