I love to cook for others but I'm single so often don't cook or experiment as much as I'd like. My co-workers get to be the guinea pigs for new recipes but I never hear any complaints.

Bacon and Tomato Cups
These are really good. I took a few shortcuts and used a package of "real" bacon bits, a can of rotel tomatoes and mini Filo shells. Delicious - would make them again

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I made this for my co-workers and they all really liked it. It was VERY chocolaty as you can well see from the ingredients. I topped it with the "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" also on this site.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
This was very good - I've never used butter in a glaze before but liked it. I don't have a double boiler so just melted on lowest temp and kept a constant eye on it - it came out great and was perfect over the "Too Much Chocolate Cake" recipe that is also on this site.
