Caramel Apple Pork Chops
SO great and made the house smell wonderful! Took someone's advise and doubled the sauce recipe and baked the chops at 350 for 45 minutes. Very tender and juicy!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
THE best recipe I've tried in a long time! I'm telling you, it was great! I only had crunchy peanut butter and it was great with it (not sure if the peanuts will be soggy in tomorrow's leftovers) but I'm sure it'll still taste great. I added quartered mushrooms which soaked in the flavor.

Baked Beans II
A little runny so next time I won't add as much ketchup. Also, I recommend cutting each slice of bacon into 3 pieces so it makes serving much easier.
