I have lots of "old school" favorites that I got from my mom, but I love to try new recipes too. I am learning alot about vegan and vegetarian cooking lately, and just trying to eat healthy. My favorite holiday food tradition is definetly Christmas Eve. We all sit in the living room floor and light candles everywhere. We have a huge spread of cheeses, crackers, dips, veggies, and summer sausages. We always had such a good time on christmas eve, we got to open one present each and we just hung out and "snacked". It has become a favorite tradition for my kids too.
