Cajun Spice Mix
I doubled it to have some for later. Used it on burgers, and they were awesome. Marinading some ball tips for tomorrow with the seasoning just rubbed in.

Hearty Corn Chowder
I didn't have celery or cream-style corn so along with the can of evaporated milk, I used a can of cream of celery soup and about a cup of skim milk. Couldn't bring myself to use all of the dill but next time I'll try it.

Colonial Pumpkin Bars
This is a good bar recipe. It holds up fine. I think the butter made it more cake like but that is good because sometimes the oil based bar recipes get too greasy. The pumpkim and spice flavor is mild so everyone is sure to like them.
