I'm a transplanted Canadian who loves to cook for the southerners... I'm told I make an awesome Parmesan chicken,pasta sauce,tuna casserole and soups...I also really like my bread machine. Peanut butter balls and chocolate macaroons are always made around Christmas...no matter how far away from home I am , I always make them in honor of family tradition. Well, it's a tradegy when I accidentally put too little or too much of something when I'm baking...and it flops.
