I'm told I make an awesome Parmesan chicken, pasta sauce, tuna casserole and soups...I also really like my bread machine.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Peanut butter balls and chocolate macaroons are always made around Christmas...no matter how far away from home I am , I always make them in honor of family tradition.
My cooking tragedies
Well, it's a tradegy when I accidentally put too little or too much of something when I'm baking...and it flops.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I
I made these for a fire dept dinner and they went over well. I also used frozen meatballs. I cooked them in the oven according to the package directions and made the sauce while they were cooking. When the balls were done I put them in the sauce and heated them through for about 15 or 20 minutes. I did as others suggested and just used 3/4 of a cup of the jelly. They were very good. Thank u for the recipe!

Brownies In A Jar
I made 5 batches of these today for Christmas presents. I put them in decorative cookie bags and paired them up with Christmas oven mitts. I also made a batch for myself to see if they were even worth giving away. They are very nice. Moist and chewy and rich. I did add a tsp of vanilla but that's the only thing I changed. I was going to melt the butter to make the batter easier to spread but found I didn't have to. Really good brownie recipe and thanks for sharing!

Mexican Baked Fish
Very nice! Doesn't get more simple than that...nice flavor and the fish was nice and flaky. I didn't have any sharp cheddar so I grated some American cheese that we had a block of,not as good but an ok backup...I really liked the crushed tortilla chips on top. Thank you for sharing!
