Spicy Slow Cooker Mac-n-Cheese

Next time I would omit water and use pepperjack instead of mozzorella. I cooked noodles separate as others suggested

This is a good pie, as others suggested, I used less sugar than it called for and it was great, my husband said this was the best pie I have made and that says something because he doesn't even like blueberries!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

This recipe was so good! I added mushroom and seasoned the meat with some garlic, worchsire, and pepper and used provolone instead. The garlic mayo made the philly awesome!

Caribbean Coconut Chicken

I pretty much followed the recipe except I didn't bake it in the oven, just cooked it on the stovestop. Next time I might add a basil leave or something for more flavoring because it seemed a bit bland. It was better the next day though!

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

I don't cook with Rosemary often so I was suprised at how strong the flavor was. I found it very overpowering. I also didn't think the onions "meshed" well with the dish. It may have been b/c I used white onion but I probably woudn't make this again. It reminded me a bit of Mizithra noodles if you like those then you would like this recipe.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This recipe was good but did not taste like the Tikka Masala I get at Indian restaurants. It may have been because I didn't marinate the chicken for long enough. I will probably keep looking for a chicken tikka recipe and would not make this one again.

Angel Chicken Pasta

My sauce turned out really thick and it was very rich. I substituted Chicken broth for the wine and maybe I just didn't put enough in. I probably wouldn't make this again.

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

This recipe was good. I didn't have any coriander so I ommited it but I used garlic and a dash of cayenne pepper. I also mixed the sour cream in with the chicken mixture instead of layering it. I would make this one again.

Honey Ribs

This was good but we really couldn't taste the marinade. It may be because we added BBQ sauce & put it in the oven after we took out of the crock pot as others suggested. I find ribs just as good if you boil them in water before putting them on the grill.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

This recipe was sooo yummy! I used white onion instead of green because I really like white onion w/ mexican dishes. I also added a little jalapeno and lots of cilantro. It had great flavor and seemed pretty healthy. I will make this again for sure!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

This recipe was ok. I added brocolli, garlic, & mushrooms but it was still bland. My husband said maybe next time we could try adding some sort of seafood like mussels or clams... It is a good base but not really what I was expecting after reading all the rave reviews.
