Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

I tested 4 chocolate cake recipes with similar ingredients at the same time and this cake was one of the better ones. I also recommend the Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe. And the Chocolate Lovers Favorite Cake recipe if you like a hint of almond flavor. I sprinkle my chocolate cakes with powdered sugar after it has cooled, no need for frosting.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

I tested 4 chocolate cake recipes at the same time with similar ingredients and this cake was a good one. My first choice was the Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe and the Double Chocolate Brownie Cake recipe. I sprinkle my chocolate cakes with powdered sugar after it has cooled, no need for frosting.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I have tested 4 different chocolate cakes with similar recipes at the same time and this one was the first choice. It was the moistest. I also recommend the Double Chocolate Brownie Cake recipe. And the Chocolate Lovers Favorite Cake recipe if you like a hint of almond flavor. I sprinkle my chocolate cakes with powdered sugar after they cool, no need for frosting.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

I have tested 4 different chocolate cake recipes at the same that are similar on this website and this one is good but not the best. I like the Too Much Chocolate Cake and the Double Chocolate Brownie Cake recipes better. I also recommend Chocolate Lovers Favorite Cake if you like a hint of almond flavor.

Fast Rice Pudding

This was a fast tasty treat. I used half brown rice and half white rice, 1 t. of cinnamon instead of the 1 T. on recipe, 1/2 t. almond extract and splenda instead of sugar. I like my rice pudding cold and then I topped it off with some chopped almonds.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

I made this for my daughter's 10th b-day party and she loved it. I used a store bought pie crust that I baked in the oven, then put in sliced bananas on the bottom, drizzled it w/ hot fudge. Then I used Dreyer's Tagalong ice cream for the first layer, cut up Tagalong cookies for the middle and used Chocolate ice cream for the next layer. I topped it off w/ some whole Tagalong cookies, whipped cream and more hot fudge.

Mexican Lasagna

This dish was great. I changed a lot. Used flour tortillas instead of corn and I added the refried beans too. Used half ground turkey and half ground beef. Used 2-1/2 cups of a Mexican blend pre-shredded cheese and added corn, olives and jalapenos. I added a little crushed garlic and some onion to the meat mixture while it was cooking too. Baked it for 35 mins. and let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting into it. Served w/ sour cream and guacamole.

Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Yummy! I was looking for a sauce like this that my Mom made a long time ago to put over my rice pudding. Can't stop eating it. Did not use tapioca and reduced the sugar amount too.

Angel Chicken Pasta

My families all time favorite recipe. I make this for company and serve it with green beans, salad and rolls. It gets rave reviews every time. I double the sauce and cut up the chicken into bite size pieces. I add chopped red pepper and extra mushrooms to the sauce before I pour it over the chicken. Ummmmm!
