Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
just be really quick about cooking, other wise the salmon falls apart and the caramelized sauce is too sticky

Apple Crisp II
this one is GREAT! I have made it a couple of times and I always go home with a empty tray. It's simple, easy, and very tasty.
