I've gotten so many compliments since using this recipe! I've made it at least a dozen times. Last time I tried 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 regular unbleached bread flour. If you do this you need to prebake for about 5 minutes. I use a Pampered Chef pizza stone. Don't buy a cheap one from Target. They're not the same. I tried one and trashed it.

This was fantastic! And very easy too. Not much chopping. I used 1/2 romaine and a bag of spring mix. Thanks a lot!

I was delighted with these cookies. I did have the instant espresso on hand and it was a great addition, but not overwhelming like another cookie I tried with the coffee flavor. I will definitely be making these again!
