I have made these numerous times and each time I do, I love them more. Instead of putting in just hamburger, I brown a pound of Jimmy Dean Smokehouse sausage. Makes it marvelous! Also, I drain a couple of cans of those beans, otherwise they are really soupy.

I made this for some relatives that were in town for a funeral and it was a big hit. One of the men NEVER eats dessert, he had 3 pieces before the evening was out, that should tell you how good this is. I did make one substitution. I didn't have any vanilla instant pudding, so I used cheesecake instant pudding, plus I had to bake mine a little longer than 60 minutes. One word of caution. BE SURE YOU GREASE AND FLOUR YOUR CAKE PAN INSTEAD OF USING THE COOKING SPRAY. I used the cooking spray and mine stuck to the pan in a couple of places. I just got it out and put it together anyway.
