Creamy Rice Pudding
OMG! What more can I say! I adore the rice pudding they serve at work in the cafeteria. This is better than that! It tastes great,even without the raisins. I also like to add a bit of cinnamon &/or cinnamon sugar on top. Talk about comfort food!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
OMG! This is my new favorite soup! So easy,economical,versatile and SO DARN YUMMY! I might add chicken chunks and just mash a few beans next time,just to add texture. YOU ARE NUTS NOT TO TRY THIS SOUP!!!!!!!!

Banana Cream Pie III
Did not care for this recipe - not much banana flavor. It was soupy.
