Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I marinated my pork chops in apple jack brandy with OJ overnight. I also dredged my pork chops in flour before I fried them in olive oil. I also trippled the sauce. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Tastes like it should come from a nice restaurant... YUM!!!

Best Ever Banana Bread

I put the pecans on top mixed with some brown sugar as I don't like nuts throughout the bread. So good! It really is the best banana bread I've ever had!

Oh my goodness! These are SOOO good!!! I added a bit of nutmeg to the flour mixture. I served these with mulled cider for an after school snack... YUM!!!

Corn Dog Muffins

I made the recipe as stated and I wasn't that impressed. My kids were not either. They said "This really doesn't taste like a corn dog but more like a corn bread muffin with some chopped up hot dog in it".

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Awesome! For the flour, I used wheat for 1/3 of the recipe. Next time, I will use more than just 1/4 cup of dried cranberries. SO good! I think dried apricots diced would be very good also...

Crispy Chicken Strips

Did not use egg sub, used whole eggs instead. Instead of plain instant potatoes, I used red potato, garlic and cheese instant potatoes. This was SOOOO good. Served with Crawfish style dip. Used chicken tenders.

Excellent! I did not have instant pudding, but had sugar free cook and serve, so I used that. Rum is strong, but I know it will be better tomorrow if I can leave it alone that long!

Kim's Macaroni Salad

I did not have cider vinegar and my husband doesn't like it anyway... I used balsamic vinegar and it was great! Had a different flavor than the normal mac salad. I used red onions instead of green and used 1 T. of sweet pickle relish. Also used Tony's instead of reg salt. Good!

Valentino's Pizza Crust

I used 1/2 wheat flour in place of the white. I also prebaked crust for 10 minutes on pizza stone before I added toppings! This truly is better than any of the chains!!!
