Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I marinated my pork chops in apple jack brandy with OJ overnight. I also dredged my pork chops in flour before I fried them in olive oil. I also trippled the sauce. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Tastes like it should come from a nice restaurant... YUM!!!

Best Ever Banana Bread
I put the pecans on top mixed with some brown sugar as I don't like nuts throughout the bread. So good! It really is the best banana bread I've ever had!

Mississippi Tea Cakes
Oh my goodness! These are SOOO good!!! I added a bit of nutmeg to the flour mixture. I served these with mulled cider for an after school snack... YUM!!!
