Right now I am really bored with our basic staple dinners and I have been searching out new things to try that are not time consuming. I have had fun with a few things I found here and I am still looking for more to keep it interesting.

Chicken Enchiladas II
This was really good. The husband and kids enjoyed it. Next time I might try it with cream of chicken soup or cheese sauce instead as suggested by other reviewers. The cream of mushroom just did not seem to fit as well with the recipe.
