Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
I too added more peanut butter and decreased the flour. I used mini chocolate chips that I had on hand. My teenage son said they were "good...very good" so that is a winner in my book!

Delicious and Easy Mock Risotto
I added a bit more garlic to begin, and used College Inn white wine and herb culinary broth. Added julienned sundried tomatoes and half-and-half toward the end. I then transferred it to a shallow casserole dish, sprinkled with green onion and a mix of shredded mozzarella/provolone and parmesan, placed under the broiler for a few minutes. I thought it was delicious!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
I followed suggestions of others, also adding the extra confectioners sugar and T of brown sugar, used a combo of toasted ground pecans and heath bar. Found the plastic wrap helped in shaping the rather soft ball and getting it on the platter w/o as much mess!
