Pecan Pie Bars
Easy to follow recipe. I cut it in half and reduced the nuts to 1 1/2 c. and added 1 1/2 c. of sweetened coconut. I had so many compliments and requests for the recipe. This is a keeper!

Danish Almond Puff
Very easy to make with clear instructions! The pastry was delicious, light and not overly sweet. I'd recommend this for a quick breakfast treat or even a dessert.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
