Banana Banana Bread
I tried this last night and ended up with a great loaf of banana bread! I made a few adjustments, some I planned (like adding 1 tsp vanilla and replacing the brown sugar with white sugar) and others that I didn't plan! I was in the middle of preparing this and realized I only had one cup of flour! So I added one cup of quick oats instead and also a 2 oz. bag of chopped pecans. It turned out thick, moist and delicious! This is a great recipe that you can really play around with to make it your own!
