Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
I made this in individual ramekins for our first course at Thanksgiving this year, with a little spoon of cranberry sauce, and it was quite delicious. The only change I made was to use only 1/2 the muffin mix so it would be more eggy and less bready. I would make again!

Oranged Cranberry Sauce
Very nice -- I usually make the recipe on the cranberry bag but this was more flavorful and everyone enjoyed it at dinner. Just make sure you have 3 hours to simmer it so it gets thick enough.

Slow Cooker Stuffing
This did not work for me at all. I used cornbread instead of dry bread cubes, maybe that was the problem, but it was totally mushy despite using only one can of broth and I will not make again. It did not have a nice stuffing texture and I would not serve it to guests. Sorry, I was really excited to try it!
