Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce
This is all about the vinegar and as any true Carolina pulled pork sandwich lover, thats the key to a great sandwich! I substituted a combination of red wine and malt vinegar for the cider vinegar and it tasted great. I also added more Tabasco to ratchet up the spice.

The sauce is great - make sure you spend the extra for a good cut of meat however!

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
I tripled this recipe and it was such a big hit that I still ran out! Great flavors - perfect with a rich red wine.
