The whole deal... I like to plan it out, figure out the appetizers and the wine pairings, the cocktails, the soup or salad, the main course and all the decisions of that.. dessert, the selections of dessert wines or port, or champagne ... I love to cook, and my friends and family love to eat.. it's a great combination.. I have had amazing success on this site, I don't even do a trial run.. I go for it.. read it through and follow through, this is one of my favorite sites, and my triumphs speak for themselves.. I always say if you can read you can cook. cheese cake.. if you want it.. bring yourself!
