Easy Iced Coffee

I make this several times a week. It's wonderful. I add a tablespoon of my favorite flavored coffee creamer.

I prepared this recipe just as written. Was really good. I plan to make it over Christmas for family that visiting. Highly recommend this one. I've never made pork chops that I liked until this recipe. Thanks, ?Joy

Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

I have made this twice in one week. I love it. I baked as noted then switched my oven to Convection Roast for about the last 10 minutes. I was able to get some of them crispy, but not all. Still Yummy! If your oven has this option you may try it.
