Christmas Eve Beef Stew

Terrific flavor. I skipped the peas as it didn't sound good and added some extra carrots.

Stuffed Pork Chops with Gorgonzola and Apple

This is terrific. The only thing I did different was add more apple and gorgonzola. I have made it 3x's and everyone loves it. I did not have any sherry the last time I made it and used some chardonnay instead and the sauce tasted the same. Love the thyme!

Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

I made this recently and it had no flavor at all. The fresh bread congealed into a paste. I like the concept but itneeds seasoning and dry bread crumbs and way less of them.

Toffee Chunk Cheesecake

Very good--I used the Heath baking toffee pieces instead of the actual candy bars--then used the candy bars for the topping. Mine didn't set up well but I used whole eggs instead of the yolks so that may have ben the problem.

Peach Bread

this is pretty good but I changed it a little-- I ued 2 t almond extract instead of the vanilla and added almonds intead of walnuts.

Creamy Banana Bread

oustanding recipe-- I wonder if you could make this with another type of fruit as well...very very good. I did not make it with the layer of nuts but imagine that is good too. The best banana bread recipe I have ever tasted

very dry recipe, needs more butter or something, flavor is good though. I would try increasing the fat to 1/2 to 3/4 c.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Great recipe but I changed it a little and I like this version even more--skip the cinnamon, use 1 c brown sugar and 1 c white sugar instead of 2 c white sugar, use macademias isntead of walnuts and use unsweetened coconut.
