Glazed Meatloaf II
Hubby raved over this. i didn't have any bread, so used stuffing crumbs instead. Went together quickly also. Freezes well

Apple Spice Rice
i thought this was just okay, nice change from the plain rice. i ended up adding cumin to give it some spark.

Yellow Squash Casserole
i hate squash, but every bite of this was great! i ran out of crackers, and had to use about 1/2 c. stuffing mix, and it was still awesome. Freezes really well.
