Tater Tot Casserole III
I used this recipe in a cafeteria that serves around 120 people daily. Besides adjusting the serving size, I kept it as it was, and it was one of our most popular sides. Kids really like it too.

OTTERCOON's Beanwiches
This was really good, and we don't even care for spam all that much. Toasted bread in toaster to make sure it toasted uniformly.

Cream Cheese Bars II
This is a really good and easy recipe. I am the kitchen supervisor at a Christian School, and I make these for the kids every other month. The first time I made them, students came up and asked for the recipe for their moms. Would make them more, but they're quite calorie-packed.
