Chewy Breakfast Bars

This is a good oatmeal cake but it wasn't what I expected in a bar. It was runny and not the consistancy to "pat" in the pan. I also had to bake it for 40 minutes instead of 15.

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

These were very crumbly and didn't hold together. I finally used it for ice cream topping.

Spinach Roll-Ups

I took these to a meeting I went to and got lots of raves. I used different tortillas to give colour. The only suggestion I have is to dole out a little less on each tortilla. Mine only made 9.
